We’re a mobile beverage service bringing the bar to you! From weddings and bridal showers to tournaments, birthdays, and community gatherings, our converted mini horse trailer is fully equipped with taps, cold storage, and everything needed to serve your guests in style.
You provide the drinks; we’ll handle the rest - ice, cups, setup, and professional service.

Fairway Package
Host-Funded Service
Perfect for kids’ birthday parties, teen celebrations, private church events, family reunions, or small community events
1-2 Servers
This package includes one guaranteed server, plus one additional server depending on size and availability.
Setup & Take Down Included
Setup and takedown time and labor are included in this package. We will need about an hour for setup and 30-45 minutes for takedown (not included in total serving hours).
Choice of 1 Par-Tee Pop Selection
Includes your choice of 1 Par-Tee Pop selection.
See options in our Par-Tee Pop Station menu. Upgrade to the full Par-Tee Pop Station for an additional $50 +per use fee.
Water & Ice Included
Citrus-infused water for guests is included in this package, as well as the ice supply for cold storage and serving.
Chalkboard Menu
We will provide a standing chalkboard menu for guests to see drink availability.
Host Purchases & Supplies Alcohol
It is a requirement that you (the host) purchase the alcohol and have it ready at the event location for us to serve. We will offer order consultation if needed, included in this price.
Travel Included up to 40 Miles Outside of Yakima
If your event is within 40 miles of Yakima, WA, our travel expenses are on us! Outside of 40 miles of Yakima, WA, an additional $.55 per mile will be added to the package price.

Designed for large class reunions, sports tournaments, school fairs, sober weddings, or larger community events.
2 Servers
2 servers are guaranteed in the Par-Tee Package, with an additional server depending on size and availability.

Champagne Wall & Caddy Station
Champagne Wall and Caddy Station rental is included with this package (dependent on availability). With larger events, these rentals provide secondary serving locations to help break up lines and add to your event aesthetic.
Lawn Games
Cornhole and Giant Jenga will be provided for your guests' entertainment.
Galvanized Tubs & Ice for Extra Cold Storage
Feel free to provide any non-alcoholic bottled or canned drinks to keep in our extra cold storage available for guests to grab-and-go.
Any and all alcoholic beverages must be served behind our counter by one of our servers.

Happy Hourly Package
2 hour minimum (not including setup and takedown)
This package is designed for bridal showers, small backyard weddings, family reunions, and small private events.
Max 100 People
Ideal for small events with less than 100 people. Events with over 100 people would need to upgrade to the Fairway or Par-Tee package for best service and experience.
1-2 Servers
This package includes one guaranteed server, plus one additional server depending on size and availability.
Beer, Wine, Champagne Service
Pouring service of beer, wine, and champagne is included in this package.
Water & Ice Included
Citrus-infused water for guests is included in this package, as well as the ice supply for cold storage and serving.

If you would like to add a specialty drink to your menu selection for your guests, that will be an additional $150. Choose from our popular specialty drinks, or suggest your own for us to serve.

Par-Tee Package
Up to 5 hours (additional hourly fee of $100 applied after 5 hrs)
This package is perfect for large weddings, class reunions, and larger private events.
Best For Parties Between 200-300
Ideal for larger events with more than 200 people, up to 350 maximum.

We'll Pick Up the Alcohol
As long as you purchase the alcohol directly from the provider, we can pick it up for you and bring it with us to check one more "to-do" off of your list!

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to setup and take down?
Setup and take down generally take between 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the event and readiness of resources like electricity and helpers!
Is alcohol included?
No, alcohol is not included in our pricing or any of our packages or rentals. To abide by local laws, you/the host must purchase all alcohol prior to the event. Unless you book the Par-Tee Package, you/the host must also supply the alcohol at the event location for us to serve. For added convenience on your part, as part of the Par-Tee Package, we can pickup and bring alcohol/beverages with us, but you/the host must still purchase direct from the provider ahead of time. *There are possible limitations to this, depending on 3rd party provider policies.
How much alcohol do I get?
The type and amount of alcohol you want to purchase is completely up to you, but we will help consult based on previous events and typical consumption rates based on guest count. Some crowds are wilder than others, so it is always best to buy more than you think you need, and return any unopened cases after the event! (Opened and unfinished kegs cannot be returned).
Do I have to get the cups?
Nope, that's included with each of our packages and rentals! We will provide all the cups, ice, water, and garnishes needed for your event.
How far does The Cart Girl travel?
We are willing to travel anywhere in Washington State! Travel expenses are paid for within 40 miles of Yakima, WA. Any event outside of 40 miles of Yakima will be an additional $.55/mile of travel.
